The project’s description is to “erect a new three-story masonry residential building with six-D.U. and a new five-car detached masonry garage 43′ x 20′ and a new one-car detached masonry garage 14′-9 x 19′-8 as per plans.”
The property owner of the location, which is currently a vacant lot, is Mia Property Acquisitions, 2853 N. Pulaski Rd., Chicago.
The average price for homes sold in the area recently was $309,015, according to Trulia.
Other development projects recently undertaken by Mia Property Acquisitions include the destruction of an empty retail space at 3647 W. Montrose Ave. that will be converted into a three-story, three-unit residential building with a detached, three-car garage. Mia Property Acquisitions is also currently involved with the development of a new three-story residential building with six residential units and six detached garage units at 3414 N. Milwaukee Ave.
