The city of Chicago issued a new retail food establishment license on Aug. 26 to 2429 Lincoln Ave Inc., doing business as Pizano’s Pizza & Pasta Express.
The business license for a location at 2429 N. Lincoln Ave. in Lincoln Park’s 43rd Ward lists a license payment start date of Sept. 11 expiring on Sept. 15, 2015.
The license payment date was Aug. 29.
Incorporated in 2013, 2429 Lincoln Ave Inc. lists a principal office in Chicago.
Pizano’s Pizza & Pasta Express is a chain of pizza restaurants that was founded by Rudy Malnati Jr. in 1991. Malnati’s father, Rudy Malnati Sr., opened Chicago’s original Pizzeria Uno in 1943.
Pizano’s Pizza & Pasta Express continues the family tradition by incorporating authentic family recipes with quality ingredients. Both deep dish pizza and thin crust pizza are on the menu.
